I am Fitness trainer, changing body shape with high intensity training and work with machines, track and field functional training for losing wight and gain muscles.
I started sport from my 5 years old with skating and in 18 years old I changed my lifestyle to healthy routine and started to doing sport in the gym, so I became a fitness trainer helper for my first level, after working for 2 years and getting many certifications in my country, I became head coach in my gym. I made friendly relationship in that area and we were like a family. After that one of my friends introduced me a track and field team so we started track and field functional training and continued for 4 year with national team guys also. I came to dubai to get many degrees in my field to be more seen and to be international and not to stay just in my country.
I have my trainers also to motivate me and tell me my failures and problems in my progression way. I do sport every day myself and nowadays I’m programming to go to show or competition in my category for next year. However it’s important for me to have clients not just for affording my intrests, for motivating them and teaching them with high level of knowledge, to feel their satisfaction in their life.
